Technical, tactical, and intelligence experts with an average of over 1,600 hours supporting missions in Africa, the Middle East, and various maritime environments. Many MSO's are also trained Imagery Analysts (IA), capable of interfacing with intelligence analysts on a highly technical level. 
Our pilots typically have several thousand flight hours supporting ISR missions worldwide and are experts in flying missions in remote and unusual environments.
Our mechanics have conducted maintenance operations at the most austere locations worldwide.
We provide all personnel required to handle logistics, command post, mission coordination, and other program functions.
Our Field Service Representatives are certified UAS Operators and/or Maintainers who support all elements of UAS operations from platform, avionics, and sensor maintenance to network management to ensure reliable, stable communications exist between the platform and the control station.  

Aircraft Maintenance Services

Using industry best practices, processes, and procedures, we employ an aggressive, proactive maintenance program that focuses on increasing both the operational readiness rates and airworthiness of the program aircraft. 

Our ISR programs have an operational readiness rate of 95%.
We use industry standard software systems to track time change components, airframe hours, spare part asset inventories and maintenance trend data to predict aircraft maintenance requirements. 
Using a progressive phase maintenance program, we conduct scheduled maintenance inspections in concert with missions requirements to reduce maintenance down times and increase aircraft availability.
We use established regional relationships to employ a "Just in Time' logistics process that ensures assets reach us in sequence with maintenance requirements and prevents cost overruns.
We ensure maintenance facilities provide ample ramp space for aircraft while providing covered hangar space for aircraft during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
